How to Report a Technical Issue?

In case of technical problems with the CertifyHub system, you have two options for reporting the issue to our support team.

Contact via Email

After logging into your account, you’ll automatically be taken to the dashboard. In the bottom right corner of the screen, you’ll see the email address support@certifyhub.net. Click this address to open your email client and send a direct message to our support team.

Help Center

You can also use the Help Center available in the left menu. Select “Help Center,” then click “Chat” to talk with our support team, who will help you resolve the issue in real-time.

Once we receive your report, we’ll make every effort to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
